Ballpark Privacy Policy

We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, information on what pages consumers access or visit, and information volunteered by the consumer (such as survey information and/or site registrations). The information we collect is used to improve the content of the Ballpark site and the overall quality of Ballpark itself, and it won't be shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes, except when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

• We transfer information about you if MetaLab Design Ltd. or Ballpark is acquired/merged with another company. MetaLab Design Ltd. will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

• When you register for Ballpark, we ask for information such as your name, company name, email address, billing address, credit card information. Members who sign up for the free account aren't required to enter a credit card.
• MetaLab Design Ltd. uses the mentioned collected information for the following purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, service improvement, contact, and general research.

COOKIES

MetaLab Design Ltd. uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware required to run Ballpark. Although MetaLab Design Ltd. owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Ballpark application, you retain all rights to your data.

DISCLOSURE

MetaLab Design Ltd. reserves the right to disclose personally identifiable information under certain circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service

It is necessary to share information in order to investigate illegal activities at any stage and in any capacity, such as suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Service, or as otherwise dictated by law.
